I am based in Devon but I offer assistance to clients from anywhere in England or Wales

Most of the work will be able to be done over phone/email/text and online, like advice, court forms, other paperwork, case preparation etc. For the court hearings themselves, some of these are now online via platforms such as

Teams, so location for these particular hearings is irrelevant

But for any in person court hearings, if you would like me to attend with you, there would be the extra charge of travel expenses (and accommodation if necessary) plus £20 per hour for time spent travelling. This can all be discussed before any in person hearings throughout your case, before you decide whether you want me to attend court with you for that particular hearing
